The Junction Unit GX002A1 allows the R&S HF Dipole HX002A1 to be operated together with transceivers of the R&S XK852 family or with 100 W shortwave transceivers from other manufacturers.
Since supply voltage and serial data for ATU control are transmitted via the coaxial cable, no separate control lines are required for operation.
The R&S GX002A1 can be remote-controlled via a parallel interface to which a virtual front panel can be connected.
