Download and unpack the zip file. Start TSMxDriverInstall.exe and follow the instructions. 		V 11.00.0.4   14.08.2008   2172 KBytes
R&S®TSMx 1394 Device Driver V 10.53.0.3
Necessary only when upgrading R&S®TSMx devices with firmware version 10.xx to 11.11!!!!!!
In all other cases, install version 11.00.0.4 on a PC!
