Host PC package software for running and controlling the Use: Download and unpack the zip file in a local directory and start ViComSetup.exe to run the ViCom setup. From version 14.30 also a redistributable package ViComRedistSetup.exe is provided. It can be used to install a runtime environment for ViCom applications. ViComRedistSetup.exe supports unattended installation, which is completely silent. This means the installation can be started from command line, no user interaction is required. Usage: ViComRedistSetup.exe /S /D=< Path-to-destination> Note: /S must precede /D To remove the redistributable package just run the included de-installer. vicom_redist_uninstall.exe /S Requirements: Appropriate Note: ViCom can be installed in parallel to previous versions. If this is not required, uninstall previous versions in Windows XP. Select "Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Software --> Add or Remove Programs --> ViCom --> Uninstall" |
