R&S®TS7110 RF test fixture for modules and units with radio interface
Reliable test results for wireless devices under test
The modular concept of the Shielded RF Test Fixture R&S TS7110 permits fast and project-specific provision of system components for the function tests of UUTs with radio interface such as mobile phones.
The scope of applications of the fixture ranges from electrical test of boards to final test of devices, which includes the electrical, mechanical, acoustic and optical test and thus enables the testing of all currently known elements. Following tests were realised:
- RF tests
- Audio tests with artificial ear and mouth
- Mechanical tests for keypads or touch screens with pneumatic fingers
- Electrical tests of interfaces such as power, memory cards, network interfaces
Different kinds of application specific DUT holders for:
- Board and final test of mobile phones
- Module test of piezo radio transmitter modules
- Test of tire pressure sensors
Possibility to integrate:
- optical tests for displays (monochrome and colour)
- optical test of built in cameras
New test capabilities have been added to test devices with displays and cameras. A optional cap give additional space in the upper part of RF chamber of test fixture for installation of cameras above the UUT.
