System Requirements
Minimum system requirements to run R&S®EMC32/AMS32:
- Operating System
- Windows 7, 32-bit and 64-bit
- Windows Vista, 32-bit only
- Windows XP with SP3, 32-bit only
- Administrator Access Privileges (during installation)
- CPU: Intel Core models or comparable
- RAM: 2048 MB (Windows 7 / Vista) or 1024 MB (Windows XP)
- Hard Disk Space: at least 500 MB free
- Screen Resolution: at least 1280 x 1024 Pixels, 65536 colors (higher resolution recommended)
- USB interface: For using USB measurement instruments Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista or Windows 7 is required.
- IEEE bus interface: National Instruments with IEEE488 driver. Recommended version is V2.73 (not necessary for demo mode). Compatible cards from other manufactures are not supported!
- Internet Access: The integrated Software Update Manager requires internet access for querying the R&S webpage on updates and important messages (for further information on how to configure the update polling period refer to the EMC32/AMS32 online help).
