RF testing of LTE chipsets and devices – from R&D to conformance - at GSMA MWC 2011
Rohde & Schwarz presented the R&S®TS8980 LTE RF test system at the GSMA Mobile World Congress 2011 in Barcelona. Based on a scalable platform concept, the test system enables data throughput (PQA), RRM and RF testing in one system. The R&S®TS8980 supports conformance test cases in line with 3GPP TS36.521-1, predefined and custom R&D test cases, and also test plans from network operators.
