With the software option R&S® SMIQK15, the R&S® SMIQ can generate signals according to Hiperlan/2. The signals are generated with the additional software program R&S® WinIQOFDM which runs on an external PC. The waveforms are transmitted to the arbitrary waveform generator via R&S® WinIQSIM™. With this method, all of the additional features of R&S® WinIQSIM™ are available. With the user-friendly software program R&S® WinIQOFDM, it is also possible to generate a variety of OFDM signals.
