Options R&S SMIQB20 and R&S SMIQB11 required

Key Facts

The R&S® SMIQ is able to generate WCDMA signals according to the Japanese specifications of NTT DoCoMo and ARIB. In the uplink (mobile station to base station) and downlink (base station to mobile station), a signal can be simulated with up to 15 code channels. A chip rate of 4.096 Mcps is preset, but can be varied at any time.

There is a choice of different types of physical channel, such as perch, common control or dedicated physical channels. The frame structure consisting of various data fields (traffic power control or long code mask symbol) is automatically generated for each type of channel.
