Near-field probes are diagnostic tools used for locating EMC weak spots on circuit boards, integrated circuits, cables, shieldings and other trouble spots. The Near-Field Probe Set R&S HZ-15 is adequate for emission measurements from 30 MHz to 3 GHz.
